Brand vs brand
REOLINK vs eufy Security
REOLINK sells you a system; eufy sells you an ecosystem. That difference matters more than any specification between them.

The short version
REOLINK's range runs from a solar battery camera up to a sixteen-channel recorder, and the house position is that footage belongs on hardware you own. The PoE systems are the cheapest credible route into continuous 4K recording with no ongoing cost.
eufy builds around the HomeBase, which does the storage and the detection processing for a group of cameras. When configured as intended this is the right architecture, and the 2022-23 reporting about cloud reachability is the reason to verify local-only claims in current documentation rather than take them from a box.
Choose REOLINK if you are willing to run cable and want everything recorded. Choose eufy if you want wire-free cameras with local storage and a tidier app, and are buying into the HomeBase rather than a single camera.
